Our Learn to Lead Lessons is geared towards people who are just getting started into lead climbing climbing in Calgary and looking to progress their skills . We will teach you the basic skills to Lead climb indoors. Including knot, clipping, slack management, falling techniques, belay technique and communication. Once you have mastered the ropes, our instructors will stay with you and show you some simple climbing techniques to help you climb.
This course is designed for intermediate to advance climbers. Top Rope belay certification is a requirement to take this course. You should be comfortable climbing a minimum of 5.9.
$110 for non members, includes 3 hours of instruction, day pass, and rentals.
