Join Bolder for a short afternoon class the get your body moving. This Hatha class will focus on aligning the body through the movement of breath to increase your flexibility and strength. To end your class there will be a short meditation to relax the mind before continuing your busy day. Hope to see you here ready to rejuvenate your mind and body with a smile on your face!

My name is Joy and I believe I live up to this name by finding the Joy in everything. I have practiced yoga for 8 years of my life always finding a new way to perceive my movements allowing myself to constantly grow. When I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with Define Your Voice, this experience opened my eyes to not just practicing yoga on my mat but also in every aspect of life. I find the joy in working with other bodies. As an inspired teacher, I hope to share my practice and passion for yoga. As I grow as a teacher, I will forever be a student.
