Cool down from climbing and move into recovery mode. During this 40 minute class you will target specific climbing muscle groups to alleviate tension and ease sore muscles. To aid this process the use of props, Myofascial Release Techniques and Yin Yoga poses will be practiced. These techniques will also support restoring blood flow throughout the body. To finish we will find a state of relaxation to allow the body to absorb and rest. Come to recover and create the perfect way to end your climbing session.
