Private Coaching

Looking for some more guidance in your training?  Our coaches will work with you to get you where you want to be, whether that’s finally sending your long term project, rounding out your climbing skills to be a better all-around climber, or working on specific techniques you can’t seem to unlock on your own!  If you’re interested in some of our other clinics but your schedule isn’t flexible enough to swing it, or maybe you just prefer learning one on one with your coach instead of in a group setting, our personal coaching options would be a great fit for you!

Our One on One Coaching is very flexible and can be catered precisely to meet your needs. This style of coaching might look like technique training on the wall, evaluating and improving form for lifting weights, competition preparation, or anything else you need a little more climbing expertise on.

5 | Nathan Short

I have been climbing for 9 years and have experience across multiple disciplines, including bouldering, lead climbing, competition climbing, and climbing outdoors. While I enjoy all styles of climbing, I am particularly drawn to bouldering due to the technical complexity, body positioning, and the efficiency it requires through movements. I am comfortable coaching climbers of all levels and take a structured, analytical approach to coaching that emphasizes movement mechanics, skill development, and an awareness of the mental demands of climbing, which I believe play a significant role in overall performance. I am happy to help whether that is introducing you into the sport or breaking through hard plateaus. I look forward to helping climbers develop a deeper understanding of their climbing and progress toward their individual goals.

Availability:

I am available Tuesday evenings from 6pm onwards.
