Sebastian Powell
Director of Operations
Over 29 years of experience as a climber and 22 years in the climbing industry. With over 16 years of managing climbing facilities, Sebastian brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in climbing gym operations. Sebastian has worked for Climbing Escalade Canada in organizing and running National events over the past 5 years. Along with Sebastian’s work experience, his ACMG TRCI, CGI Level 3 and CWA Working at Heights Provider certifications are extremely valuable assets for Bolder as we prepare to expand into our second location and enter the realm of ropes. Sebastian also brings international experience through his role as Pan American Technical Delegate and currently IFSC Technical delegate in training. All this speaks to his passion and commitment to indoor climbing. Main responsibilities are the operation of the facilities, development of policies and procedures and event management.
