Jack has been been climbing and involved in competitive sports for most of his life. Through this he has met and trained with a wide variety of athletes who all have different goals, and aspirations.  Jack is one of our youth team coaches, and also is in charge of our personal strength training programs and one-on-one coaching sessions.  Whether you want to send gnarly hard projects, or just build confidence in the comfort of the gym, Jack is always here to help in whatever way he can.
