Order a BLDR gift card for that special climber in your life. Gift cards are a great gift option for a birthday, Christmas, graduation, or just because. At this time gift cards can ONLY be redeemed in person at Bolder Climbing Community, and cannot be used for online purchases. To purchase a gift card in a custom amount, please use the Online Gift Certificate button below.
There are 2 options for purchasing a gift card online:
- Select an amount above to have a physical gift card mailed to you.
- Follow the link below to purchase one that can applied directly to the recipients account, or have an e-gift card emailed to you and/or the recipient.

Terms and Conditions
Gift cards are valid at Bolder Climbing Community. Present gift card (or have the email ready) to our staff to redeem, and the available balance will be applied to your purchase. Your use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
* This card may not be redeemed for cash.
* This card is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost, stolen, damaged cards or those used without permission of the card holder.
* Gift cards CANNOT be redeemed online at this time; you may redeem your gift card in person at Bolder Climbing Community, or over the phone by calling the front desk during operating hours.
* Gift card funds are good indefinitely until used; funds will not expire.
* Gift cards may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
All orders ship out no later than 3 business days following the purchase date. Want it to transit faster? You can select expedited shipping upon checkout.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping!
- An exchange or return request must be submitted to store@bolderclimbing.com within 10 days of receiving your package .
- In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
- After you initiate a return /exchange, We will get back to you within 3 business days with the Bolder Exchange or Bolder Return Form and instructions on how to complete it.
- Once you have received your Bolder Exchange or Return Form and instructions, you may repackage and return the items to us (including the form)
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping
Once received, we will process your return within 5 business days. The returned product will be inspected and if all the conditions are respected, a refund will be applied to your credit card . Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

WARRANTY
Something not right with what you ordered?
Warranty on Bolder branded clothing ONLY. Any other warranty issues can be taken up with the vendor directly
Send us an email at store@bolderclimbing.com outlining the issue and we will send you a warranty / replacement form. If it is damaged while shipping, we will see what we can do to make it right. Due to the nature of rock climbing, we do not warranty ‘’wear and tear’’ as it is hard to determine the cause.
