Personalized Programs 2.0

Duration: 6 Weeks
Bolder is no longer offering their conventional personalized programs. Instead, if you have done personalized programs with us in the past and you’d like another assessment / program we can do that! Just email your programming coach and we will get the ball rolling from there. If you are new to programming (training for climbing) the main change to our original program is that there will be no coaches on the floor Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Prerequisite

How it works

01Assessment

First you will come in for a climbing and strength assessment. From this assessment we will determine who is the best coach match for your specific needs.

02Development

Your coach will create a program based on your needs, commitment levels, goals, and physical limitations. Your program will be anywhere from one to three days per week.

03Training

Enjoy the freedom of following a program created for you. After initial assessment, programs are designed to be self-directed and can be completed in a manner that suits your schedule. If you have any questions about specific exercises within your program, our coaches are available via email at programs@bolderclimbing.com and would be happy to assist you.

  • $ 120 per 6 weeks
