Reason for Cancellation

EFT memberships can be frozen for a fee of $15/month in lieu of regular monthly duesMemberships are subject to a $60 cancellation fee to be paid in full at the time of cancellation (+$30 for any additional members for couples or family memberships). Cancellation fee will be waived after 1 year of membership.Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to 72 hours of the last day of the month in order to take effect the following month; ie. A cancellation request submitted on January 29th will be cancelled effective March 1stFreeze requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the end of the monthWhen you reactivate your EFT monthly membership after freezing, you will have to pay the prorated amount for the remaining days until the next automatic payment (1st day of the month)All membership cancellations and freezes will take effect on the 1st of the monthA PREPAID membership cannot be frozenFor any extenuating circumstances that do not allow for the above criteria to be met such as an unexpected injury, please contact info@bolderclimbing.com and we will do our best to accommodate you
