Casual Instructors
We are looking for casual instructors to help with our school and group bookings during the weekdays between 9:00am and 3:30pm. Training will be provided. Please email Sebastian if interested at sebastian@bolderclimbing.com.
Coach/Routesetter
Bolder is looking for a Coach/Routesetter to join our team! This individual will be responsible for coaching teams and individuals of all levels, helping them to improve every aspect of their climbing, identifying strengths and weaknesses of climbers, planning effective training classes, mentoring climbers and leading them to competitions will be part of the daily job. Additional to this he will also be related to setting, this person will be responsible of the boulders and walls themselves, setting crew management, to hold ordering and planning, in addition to some facility maintenance duties. Coach/Routesetter will be expected to engage with the community at Bolder in order to gain a better understanding of the wants and needs of our clientele and must be able to work collaboratively with the gym owners to ensure every aspect of coaching and setting is at the highest level of quality.
